Simple setup

1) Install
Run the one-line installer on Mac to set up services, config, and build output.
2) Enable Tailscale
Use tailscale serve to expose the local service privately to your tailnet.
3) Pair iPhone
Open /admin on Mac, generate a QR code, and scan from iPhone for device token auth.
