Live coin auctions, pop-up shows, and themed runs. The show lists, lot numbers, and many of the titles you’ll see are generated and managed inside the Assetly app.
Turn collectibles into ready-to-list products
in seconds — not hours.
Assetly takes you from coin, card, or comic on the desk to CSV files for WhatNot and eBay with AI-assisted detection, Greysheet pricing for coins, melt calculations, QR-powered workflows, and reconciliation tools.
We run real shops on WhatNot & eBay as SwampTreasure.
Assetly isn’t theoretical. We use the app every week to build show runs, export CSVs, reconcile inventory, and keep listings synced for our own SwampTreasure WhatNot and eBay stores.
Fixed-price listings, better-date coins, and curated inventory. Product data, images, and many listing details originate in Assetly and flow out via CSV exports.
When you browse those shops, you’re seeing the same pipelines, QR workflows, and reconciliation tools this app will put in your hands.
Stop typing the same listing 200 times a week.
If you’re listing inventory on WhatNot or eBay, your time should be spent selling, not copy-pasting titles, checking Greysheet, and wrestling with CSV templates. Assetly automates the boring parts so you can move more items with less friction and fewer mistakes.
From “I think it’s this…” to “CSV ready”
Point your camera at a coin, confirm what the AI thinks it is, and Assetly auto-fills the title, denomination, year, metal, and Greysheet ID behind the scenes. From there, it calculates melt, builds your CSV row, and attaches a permanent image URL you can use anywhere.
Built for real reseller workflows
Assetly is opinionated: it knows WhatNot and eBay both live and die on consistent data. It treats each product as structured inventory with images on S3, Greysheet mapping for coins, colored status dots for Active/Sold/Traded/Personal, and QR labels that bring you back to the exact item from a bin or show tray.
Add, price, export, and reconcile in tight loops.
Scan the coin, card, or comic
Use your iPhone/iPad camera to capture the item. The app runs a Vision-based model to identify type, year, and basic attributes. You can tweak anything before saving.
Pull Greysheet pricing & melt (for coins)
Assetly looks up coins in Greysheet using its internal catalog. You get bid/ask guidance, retail focus, and a live melt value based on metal and weight, plus a metal price HUD in the app to keep you anchored to spot.
Export CSV & reconcile with QR
Build platform-specific CSV files with one tap and run your show or list online. Afterward, use the QR scanner to walk bins and trays, marking items sold, reconciled, or added to the next WhatNot auction in seconds.
Tools that make listing days actually tolerable.
The focus is simple: less friction, fewer clicks, and no surprises when it’s time to go live on WhatNot or push listings to eBay. Coins come first, but the same engine also handles many trading cards, comics, U.S. currency, and ancients.
AI-assisted Add Product
The Add Product screen is built around speed: scan, confirm, save. Most fields are auto-suggested from the image and Greysheet, especially for U.S. coinage where the AI is strongest today.
- • Camera-based detection of coin type & year (best on U.S. coins)
- • Supports coins, many trading cards, comics, U.S. currency, and ancients
- • Same structured fields and pricing pipeline for raw and slabbed items
AI recognition for non-U.S. coins, cards, and comics currently focuses on key elements (year, denomination, series) and will keep improving over time.
Greysheet integration & melt price
Behind the scenes, Assetly maps your coin to Greysheet entries and pulls pricing guidance and melt values.
- • Internal catalog mapping to Greysheet IDs
- • Bid/ask guidance for quick pricing decisions
- • Melt calculator by metal and weight, with a clear melt row in the pricing sheet
- • Live metal price HUD at the top of the app to keep you anchored to spot
CSV generator for WhatNot & eBay
Export clean CSV files that line up with the columns each platform expects, including image URLs pointing at your S3-hosted photos.
- • One-tap export for WhatNot show runs
- • eBay listing CSV with titles, SKUs, and URLs
- • Future: other marketplaces as demand shows up
QR codes, status dots & reconciliation
Every product can have a QR label and a status indicator dot. The QR scanner becomes your show-day and reconciliation superpower.
- • Colored circles for Active, Sold, Traded, Personal, and Reconciled
- • Scan a QR to open details, mark as sold, mark as reconciled, or add to a WhatNot auction list
- • Walk bins and trays after a show and clean up inventory in minutes instead of hours
Filters, search & hide-cost mode
Inventory views are built for quick decisions: filters, search, and a hide-cost toggle so you can safely use the app in front of customers.
- • Filter by status, metal, reconciliation, marketplace tags, and more
- • Search by title, product ID, denomination, and other key fields
- • Hide-cost filter keeps your buy prices off-screen when you’re at the counter or live
Metal calculator & melt tools
Quickly see melt value for silver, gold, and copper lots. Great for bulk deals, junk silver, and scrap decisions.
- • Per-coin and per-lot melt estimates
- • Metal breakdown by type
- • Helps you avoid selling below melt by mistake
Greysheet lookup tool
Need to sanity-check a price mid-deal? Use the integrated Greysheet lookup inside the app instead of hopping across tabs.
- • Search by type, year, and variety
- • Jump from lookup to Add Product with one tap
- • Keeps your pricing anchored to real data
A bit of the tech, without the jargon.
You don’t need to care how the plumbing works, but it’s reassuring to know the app is built like real infrastructure, not a weekend spreadsheet hack.
Images live on S3 with shareable URLs
When you add photos in Assetly, they’re stored in Amazon S3, a battle-tested storage service used by serious apps. Each image gets a stable, public URL you can reuse on websites, marketing pages, or in CSV imports, without re-uploading the same photos.
Greysheet integration without the headaches
The app maintains its own internal map between coin types and Greysheet catalog entries. That means you don’t type GSIDs or URLs. You just confirm the coin, and the app handles the lookup, pricing guidance, and internal IDs under the hood.
Two workflows, same source of truth.
Whether you’re running nightly WhatNot shows, a deep eBay store, or both, Assetly keeps the data consistent so you’re not rebuilding the same information twice.
WhatNot sellers
Build out a full show run ahead of time. Each product gets a number, images, and pricing guidance. Export a CSV that drops directly into WhatNot’s importer.
- • Pre-build shows with accurate titles and images
- • Use QR labels to keep trays and bins in sync with the run
- • After the show, walk bins with the QR scanner to mark lots sold, reconciled, or rolled into the next auction
- • Update prices in the app, regenerate CSV if needed
eBay sellers
Treat Assetly as your listing factory. Capture products once, then feed eBay with structured CSV files containing everything it needs: titles, SKUs, prices, and image URLs.
- • Build drafts in bulk, then refine inside eBay if needed
- • Keep private notes and cost basis in the app
- • Reuse the same product data for other marketplaces later
Where Assetly is headed.
The core inventory, Greysheet integration, QR workflows, reconciliation, and CSV exports are already working. Here are a few of the bigger pieces we’re actively building out next.
Custom CSV exports
Build your own CSV templates inside the app so you can match niche marketplaces, internal spreadsheets, or show-specific formats without rewriting everything by hand.
Stronger non-U.S. & non-coin AI
We’re steadily improving recognition for foreign coins, U.S. currency, ancients, trading cards, and comics: better series detection, more precise attributes, and tighter tie-ins to pricing tools where available.
Desktop inventory & reporting
A web-based portal to view and manage your inventory from a desktop, run reconciliation reports, and handle multi-user shops while keeping the phone app as the capture and show-day workhorse.
Deeper marketplace integrations
Beyond CSV uploads: the long-term goal is to sync inventory and sold status directly with platforms like WhatNot and eBay so you spend less time doing manual clean-up.
